Congratulations to Helen Cronin and Michelle Traynor who completed their ‘26 on the 26th’ Marathon on Saturday morning!
The girls are two of the clubs strongest and most consistent runners who never miss a Saturday long run! Their lockdown training around the hills of Waterfall paid off on Saturday when they effortlessly pulled off a 3.41 marathon cheered on by club mates and family members.
This was Helens sixth marathon and Michelle’s first. Michelle has frequently insisted over the last couple of years that she would never run a marathon - But we knew that Helen would convince her eventually! Well done girls!
